What Changes the Price

Feet of roofline. This is the biggest factor. A long Orem rambler and a tall Traverse Mountain two-story can both run more than a compact home, for different reasons.
Height and pitch. Steep, second-story rooflines take more time and care to hang safely.
Trees and bushes. Wrapping a big Highland or Alpine pine takes far more light than a row of shrubs.
Extras. Walkways, fences, windows, and porch columns add up.
Bulb style. Classic C9 bulbs in multicolor or warm white are our standard.
